The difference between knowledge, skills & attitude

What is knowledge?

Knowledge is facts, information and experience, the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject.

It’s true that knowledge is power, but so are skills and attitude.

What is skill and attitude?

Skills are the ability to apply knowledge effectively to performance well.

Attitudes are feelings or opinions about something or someone, which influences the way we behave.

Knowing isn’t doing, and doing isn’t necessarily with the right attitude.

So, it’s only when employees have the knowledge, the skills and the right attitude they can perform well and reach their true potential.
